Depression
Depression is not something which you can just snap
out of, and it isn't something which can just go away or that you can alter
if you put your mind to it. It is more serious than just having an off day
or feeling blue for a day or two, it is a serious medical condition and
those who suffer need help. A depressive disorder is an illness which affects
the body, mood and thoughts, and can begin to totally take over the sufferer's
life.
Borderline personality disorder
Borderline personality disorder or BPD for short
is a mental illness defined by the instability of moods, affects relationships,
self-image and behaviour. The disruptions to the person's life will very
often affect family and work life and will also have an effect on long term
planning and those suffering from the illness will have a tendency to self-injury.
Dealing with phobias
While we all contend with phobias to some degree
for thousands of people phobias can be devastating and can severely affect
the person's normal day-to-day living. While some phobias are more common
than others such as the fear of flying, the fear of going to the dentist
or the fear of creepy crawlies such as spiders there are some phobias which
are less common such as the fear of getting germs.

Managing anxiety & panic attacks
A common component of stress is anxiety, anxiety
can cause a great deal of discomfort to those who suffer from it with perhaps
the worst of all feelings it can bring about being panic attacks.
